Audit Reporting

For audit reporting purposes, a new field called Smart Payment Routing Rule has been created in the Transaction object. This field will be populated with the API name of the flow used by Smart Payment Routing when the feature is enabled.

In order to visualize the Smart Payment Routing Rule data in a report, first assign a permission set which includes read access permission on the Smart_Payment_Routing_Rule__c field, then add the field to a report.

Note: Payment Console Legacy and Chargent Order action buttons are not supported by Smart Payment Routing and this field will remain empty even when the feature is enabled.
